Waiting houses for UAE resident visa holders are over.
Now UAE resident visa holders can travel from Pakistan to UAE either vaccinated from Pakistan or from UAE. Previously, only those who had been vaccinated in the UAE were eligible to travel. However, those wishing to travel on a tourist visa cannot currently travel directly from Pakistan to the United Arab Emirates. Holders of residency visas to Abu Dhabi Alaine and Sharjah must have ICA and GDRFA approvals for holders of residency visas to Dubai. The visa must be active and the status of the visa must be green. Passport, personal photograph, SCAN file of COVID19 certificate and UAE residential address and mobile number are required for ICA’s APPROVEL after purchasing a pre-purchased ticket or a new ticket. PCR TEST of coVid19 must be done 48 hours before departure and RAPID TEST 4 hours before departure. Must have a printed copy of certificate of vaccine from UAE or Pakistan, Green Status, AND APPROVEL of ICA or GDRFA.
